The second day of the 4th edition of the EMRS National Cultural Fest being hosted at the Maharana Pratap Sports College in Raipur witnessed a plethora of talent as more than 2200 students from 22 states across India showcased their skills and celebrated the rich cultural heritage of tribal communities.
